  1. The development

    June 4th, 2015

    GCC-based Magnolia RM Investments L.L.C has identified the need for developing a highly appealing, fusion casual, modern fish restaurant concept. Following an extensive market study around the business model, branding, consumer habits, marketability,… URBAN SEAFOOD - Modern Fish Grill was created and developed. The concept is available for licensing within the GCC region.

  2. The launch

    February 3rd, 2016

    Launching of our first store, located in Nakheel developed Ibn Battuta Mall.

  3. on the drive

    July 30th, 2016

    Opening of our second store, located in Meraas innvoative flagship Last Exit on Shakh Zayed Road, with presence of His Highness Shakh Mohammad bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the vice president and prime minister of the United Arab Emirates, and Ruler of Dubai.

  4. The outlet village

    September 1st, 2016

    Urban Seafood opened at The Outlet village part of grand development of Meraas "Dubai Parks & Resorts".

  5. at The beach

    January 9th, 2017

    On the beach of JBR, prime location secured with cooperation of Meraas and launched to combine the taste with breeze of the see.
